Simply check the photo with the blank base covers, find the number on the base that matches yours, and include that number in your order. You can also choose the colors you prefer.

When ordering, be sure to include the item number from the last photo and mention any changes you’d like. Each switch plate cover is made to order, with about a week for local pickup and around three weeks for shipping out of state.
