Shipping policy

The shipping policy for Fran's Crafty Hands is as follows: The customer shall pay all shipping costs, including but not limited to: shipping products from Fran's Crafty Hands to the customer and shipping products back to Fran's Crafty Hands. If the item is approved for return and refund, the price of shipping the item back to Fran's Crafty Hands will be refunded to the customer.
