Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at fransch25@yahoo.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue quickly.
Custom items, such as special orders or personalized products, can’t be returned. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are also non-returnable. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. For specific item inquiries, contact us.
For exchanges, it’s faster to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of return inspection. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after your return approval, reach out to us.
